Q: How much is shipping?
A: Free shipping, direct to any location in continental US, is included with every order. PLEASE NOTE: We cannot ship to PO boxes, only physical addresses.

Q. How long does shipping take?
A. We ship everything by UPS ground or FedEx ground. Our groves are in the Tampa Bay area which is Zone 1. Orders are picked up each day about 5:00 PM. For the purpose of counting days, the first day is the day after it is picked up. For example, Atlanta area is 2 days, Washington D.C. is 3 days, New York City is 4 days and New England is 5 days. The only areas requiring more than 5 working days are the Inner Mountain West and the West Coast, which can be 6 or 7 days.

Q: Will the fruit be fresh picked?
A: Yes! All our fruit is picked by hand at the time the order is placed and shipped out within 24 hours of being picked. You couldn't get it any fresher unless you picked it yourself!

Q. How long does the fruit last?
A. Again, this varies by maturity and shipping time in transit. The most important advice we can give you is "Remove if from the box it was shipped in and refrigerate it IMMEDIATELY". If fruit is properly handled you will be pleased with the shelf life and should not lose any.

Q: How much fruit is in each package?
A: Sm Gift Box - 6lbs, Lg. Gift Box - 10lbs, Two-Tier Combo - 20lbs, All Baskets - 14-16lbs

Q: What makes this fruit so special?
A: A unique growing climate that provides the perfect conditions. Vintage tree strains that produce unsurpassed fruit. And a hands-on growing technique that ensures only the best makes it out the gate.

Q: Do you gas your fruit?
A: Unlike many growers we are more concerned with delicious natural flavor than we are with looks. That means we never artificially treat the fruit for the sake of appearance. Try it and you'll taste the difference.
